This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you contact us via the form, we process your details (name, company or channel, email, optionally phone and budget, message) to answer your request. The data is stored in our customer management system, which runs on servers of Supabase in Frankfurt am Main and Vercel. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering general enquiries). If no collaboration results, we delete the data no later than six months after the request has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing the data is voluntary, but without name, email and message we cannot handle the request. No automated decision-making takes place.

We use technical service providers as processors: Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting the website and Supabase Inc. (USA) for the database of our customer management system, whose servers are located in Frankfurt am Main and run on Amazon Web Services. Data processing agreements are in place with both. Any transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses. No other third parties receive the data.

We link to Instagram profiles. These are plain links; data is only transferred once you click a link and open the page of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., where its privacy policy applies.

We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics and do not use tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google is made.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Please contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
